!! Please beware that the server will be down sometime between the 17th and 23th of January as we upgrade the system's hardrive. The original server housed at Birkbeck will also be shut down, rebuilt and moved over to UCL Chemistry to become the secondary server.
Wednesday 17th  January 2007
  • The European Crystallographic Association (ECA) and the European Neutron Scattering Association (ENSA) announce the creation of a prize in honour of the late Erwin Felix Lewy Bertaut, in memory of his scientific achievements which are cornerstones in both crystallography and neutron scattering.

Thursday 11th  January 2007
  • The Rietveld school held at Durham University, 7th-10th January, was a great success. It was hosted by John and Ivana Evans and supported by Jeremy Cockcroft. Sponsors included CCP14, GlaxoSmithKline Plc and the Atomic Weapons Establishment, UK.
