Yes, I've got one that I wrote myself. It's a PostScript program that generates the circles for a given size of net. There's a problem with it though: I can preview it with eg. ghostview but (at least the last time I tried) it wouldn't print out on a PostScript printer (I think the clip path I create gets too complicated).
