Please Note(a) Note that the PC programs require in addition the file PDPL.KEY in the    root directory of the C: hard drive. The file must be read/write for    all users.(b) The WIN32 versions were compiled and linked on a PC running Windows NT4.    They have been tested on WIN98, but not WIN95.
