To use this diskette :
  1) copy it in a directory, e.g. \powder
  2) try it on a sample data:

     \powder\powder  \powder\cutopaz2.dat \powder\cutopaz2.lis

  3) wait for 5 to 30 minutes (depending on your clock rate and of the
     existence of a 80287 coprocessor)
  4) print or examine \powder\cutopaz2.lis

If you want more infos :
  5) perform :       cd \powder
                     pkunzip \powder\powder 
     
     in order to unpack all source and object codes, and also the 
     TeX source and DVI of the notice.
