THMA14c - TLS Thermal Motion Analysis

THMA14c for PC is a program for performing a TLS Thermal Motion Analysis based on experimentally measured anisotropic displacement parameters. The program is written by (the late) K. N. Trueblood and E. F. Maverick. The version available here is a straight compilation of the VAX-VMS version and has no fancy GUI. It relies on text input files, full details of which are given in the distribution package. This program is also incorporated into the WinGX program system

The program THMA14c for PC is supplied as a 32-bit executable for all versions of Windows (95/98/NT/ME/2000/XP). A set of test data are also supplied. See the NOTES and the following literature references for further details of these test data.
