SYNOPSIS
TRA axis shift

DESCRIPTION
Translate the structure. The axis should be specified with one letter (x, y or z) and the shift should be given in angstroms.

EXAMPLES

COMMAND	DESCRIPTION
tra x 40	Move to the right, 40 angstroms.
tra y -0.5	Move up, 0.5 angstroms (y points down).
