1. Become root.  Edit the file /usr/lib/X11/app-defaults/4DWm :
   where it is says "	*limitResize:			true",
   change "true" to "false".  Log completely out of the SGI, and
   log in again.

2. Run xfit.

3. If you want to make stereo pairs of photographs, go to the
   View menu and set "Split Stereo" to "Left".

4. Go to the Plot menu.  

5. Set "Ruler", "Cross", and "Gnomon" as you want them.  For
   stereo slides, consider leaving the cross on so that you can
   overlay the images easily.

3. Set "Label Font Size" to the size you want.  The new font size
   does not take effect until you enter photograph mode.  "Label
   Font" itself is not implemented on the screen yet (the labels
   are always in Helvetica).

5. Select "Setup Screen for Photo", or hit the "p" key on the
   keyboard.  Take your photo.

6. For a stereo pair, hit the "p" key again to go to the right
   view.

7. Hit the "p" key to exit photograph mode.
