The CCP14 would like to implement more regional CCP14 mirrors going to overcome problems with congested internet links.

If you might be interested to getting this going on your web server - give us a hoy via email. We think we can do this very effeciently via the open-source, freeware rsync software that can be run in ordinary "user" mode. FTP based mirroring can also be used; and all this software runs automatically without user intervention.
